“colored kids 2010-2011”

"German-Ukraine-Russian Academy of Cultural Youth Work"

This international academy is organised every year by organisations of young migrants in Germany and organisations of German minorities in Ukraine and Russia.

"Integration through Online-Counselling"

The online counselling aims at providing assistance to young people with migration background, who cannot be reached by the traditional JMD (Youth Migration Services) counselling services or where barriers exist to address those services. The JMD online counselling will include mail counselling, individual and group chat counselling, discussion forum and advisory forum.

"Integration of young people with migrant background in long term volunteer service"

In joint effort with migrant organisations, ICJA promotes the possibilities of a long term volunteer service with EVS or other programs to migrant youth in Germany.

"Interactive Workshop of Europe"

The Interactive Workshop of Europe is a two-stage training program about methods of intercultural learning in European youth meetings, where experienced actors of international youth work share their knowledge in a series of interactive workshops.

"International Teamer School"

"PoP – paths of participation. New ways for inclusion and active participation of young people living in suburban and marginalized areas in European cities”

The projects will seek to support the integration of young people with fewer opportunities living in suburban areas in Europe, in line with the programme’s (Youth in Action) overall priorities, which are intended to encourage participation by young people, cultural diversity, European citizenship, social integration and 2007’s special priority, promoting equal opportunities. The final conference will be held in Berlin 10.-13.5.2009

"Roots&Routes Experience 2008"

More than 100 people from 10 European countries met at the Remscheid Academy in July 2008 to create together a live show with music, dance, media and graffiti elements on the topics of intercultural dialogue, unity and old school HipHop that was performed for a large audience at GLORIA theater Cologne on July 18th.

ROOTS&ROUTES TV is a Web TV platform for youth, music, lifestyle and cultural diversity, with young editorial crews in five German cities and all over Europe. Young people with different cultural roots get together in workshops and editorial groups, producing creative products and reports on urban culture and cultural diversity in their everyday life. The website is currently available in 12 languages, with partners in 13 countries.

"Integration of the Gender Perspective in Immigration (SIGI)"
